Pearls of Service Foundation, Inc. is a 501( c) 3 non-profit organization that serves as the community development and philanthropic arm of Pi Kappa Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Its mission is to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, to study and to help alleviate problems concerning girls, women and the elderly in order to improve their quality of life and social stature.
Our programs address empowerment, social justice, human rights and health concerns within the African-American community through community service programs and academic scholarships. In conjunction with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.'s Pi Kappa Omega chapter, our fun, yet purposeful events continue to raise funds in support of our mission.
Every year, POSF awards academic scholarships to deserving students pursuing fields in medicine, education, criminal justice, journalism and more.
